We shouldn't judge people according to their perceived personality traits because these traits are often based on assumptions and generalizations, which may not accurately reflect an individual's true character.

People are complex and multi-faceted, and it's unfair to reduce them to a few perceived traits.

And, people can change and grow over time, so it's important to give them the benefit of the doubt and not make snap judgments based on incomplete information.
