Every content developer and marketer’s ambition in today’s environment is to create viral content. It’s a technique to reach a larger audience and enhance interaction.

Viral content may generate excitement about a company, product, or service, and if done correctly, it can result in increased traffic, engagement, and, eventually, sales.

So what precisely causes things to become viral? Is there a hidden code that producers may use to ensure their material is shared and has the potential to become viral? Several features are shared by most viral material. Below we look at five of them.

Emotionally Resonant

The first quality of shareable material is that it’s emotionally resonant. Material that provokes an emotional reaction from the viewer has a higher likelihood of being shared.

This can be accomplished through the use of comedy, uplifting stories, inspiring quotations or messages, or even wrath and controversy. People are more inclined to share content that makes them feel something with their friends and relatives.
