This line is spot-on in my humble opinion: “ Some groups likely grew up with stronger push towards “humility,” and that can be hard to override if it was built into your system of ethics.” I’ve seen so many repeated patters of I.S. with individuals who have been raised in strict religious environments — humility seems to be a common denominator .
