I’ve followed the Slow Carb Diet several times over the last few years. Especially when I want to drop a size or two. It’s the ONLY “diet/eating plan” I’ll ever go to for weight/fat loss. It NEVER fails me.
No matter what the name of the “diet/eating plan”, I still believe they ALL come down to the classic “calories-in/calories-out” per day.
