* How do you address a potential discrepancy between what a curator believes is a "quality" article and the guidelines set by Medium?

* Are there specific criteria or qualifications one must meet to become a curator for Medium?

* With the updated guidelines, how does Medium ensure that curators don't lean heavily on personal preference?

* How does Medium handle potential conflicts of interest, given that many curators are also writers and editors?
