My wife and I have been talking a lot about this topic of late. She has family in New Zealand and wants us to just pack up, close shop and GO! I love that she is so impulsive, but I’m still a Capricorn, I need to plan. All in all, I’m willing.

Sounds like you’ve definitely done your homework and I can assure you, being by the sea/beach is a win-win. It worked for my upbringing !
