Roz, totally understand where you're coming from. I just try and remember what Medium recently said: "We are not marketing Medium as a place for people to make a full-time living." There are way more writers now in the MPP and it's inevitable that many talented writers will get lost in the larger pie. Keep the faith and let's hold onto your own encouraging words: "I love this place. I value this community. I feel at home here."
