Romanticism, with its ethereal allure, has often twisted and perverted the notion of love, transforming it into an unrealistic, transcendent experience of idealized companionship between two individuals.

This distortion, while captivating, veils the true complexities and imperfections inherent in genuine relationships, encouraging unrealistic expectations and a constant pursuit of an unattainable ideal.

By obscuring the realities of love, Romanticism has corrupted its essence, blinding us to the beauty and growth that can arise from embracing the imperfect nature of human connections.
