One of the most difficult problems with many innocent sufferers is that they refuse to take their prescribed medication. Many are all too aware of the side effects and others simply stay medically non-compliant mistakenly believing there's nothing wrong with them. I don't see how we can get around this problem of medical non-compliance. Otherwise we'd be seen as forcing them, which kind of harps back to the old days.
