Often, we underestimate our happiness due to a tendency to focus on negative experiences or compare ourselves to others. This skewed perception hinders our ability to recognize the many joyful moments that we encounter daily.

By cultivating gratitude and being present, we can counteract this underestimation and embrace a more accurate understanding of our happiness, leading to a more fulfilling life.
