We basically have 3 cartels, I mean major supermarkets, in Australia: Woolworths, Coles and Aldi.
And because the competition is so fierce, the prices are almost always on par with the other.
More often than not, the “home brand” consumables (eg Woolworths brand, Coles brand) are just as tasty, if not tastier than the “premium” brands.
