You’ve probably heard of James Clear and his great book “Atomic Habits”:
- Repeated every day, even the smallest actions, can accumulate force and have a huge effect.
- If we make a habit something we look forward to, we’ll be much more likely to follow through and actually do it.
- Simply getting started is the first and most important step toward doing something.
- Use habit stacking to introduce new behaviors. If you want to build a new habit , try stacking it on top of an existing habit.
