I'd say 12 hours.

We (Down Under) have very strict industrial relations and OHS laws here on fatigue management.

It's actually prescribed in our legislation how long you're legally permitted to work. Employers who allow or manipulate any employees into working longer than the prescribed shift hours are up for hefty fines.

And the unions here don't let shonky employers get away with anything.
