I thoroughly enjoyed this Melanie.
I’ve been a fan of the Slow Carb Diet for years. Its NEVER failed me and it’s my go-to “diet” any time I want to shed some extra kilos.
And I go totally nuts on my “binge” day!
The only thing that gets me into trouble with my wife is I eat too many legumes (eg beans) and we all know what happens there 😆
