One of the main ways to connect with readers who could be potential customers is to humanize your brand. Of course, you are human and have characteristics that can generate rapport, but depending on how you package your brand, your business might not feel so relatable. When your brand story makes people feel good about your business and you as an entrepreneur, you’re halfway to success. Humanizing branding is the first step to gaining your reader’s confidence, custom, and loyalty. Here’s how to ensure the story you tell is relatable.

Be approachable

Approachability counts when branding. If readers believe you’re a real person they can connect with, which, of course, you are, then they can ask you questions and explain their needs. This, doubtless, will lead to more custom.

You can ensure your readers understand you’re approachable by telling them so (as well as demonstrating affability). Why not describe how you love to connect with readers and talk about your story and business industry? Doing so could ignite interest and send potential clients your way.

Give readers what they need
