Forgiveness is a powerful act of letting go of resentment, anger, or bitterness towards someone who has wronged us. It involves acknowledging the harm that's been done to us, but choosing to release the negative emotions associated with it.

Ultimately, forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves, allowing us to move forward with peace and freedom in our hearts.
