Firstly, congrats on the boost James, well deserved!

We should stop playing the comparison game because it often leads to feelings of inadequacy, envy, and anxiety.

By constantly comparing ourselves to others, we overlook our own unique strengths, achievements, and the progress we have made in our individual journeys.

The comparison game not only undermines our self-esteem but also fosters unhealthy competition, which can strain relationships and hinder collaboration.

Instead, focusing on personal growth and self-improvement will nurture a more positive mindset, empowering us to live happier, more fulfilling lives.
