I recently watched the Ronnie Coleman documentary on Netflix — you should see him now, so sad. He won 8 Mr Olympias and he’s lucky to even be walking these days. He used to squat 800 pounds ! “Lightweight baby…Nothin but a peanut”, as he used to say.
I think Creatine remains King in the world of “natural” supplementation.
As an ex bodybuilder (getting back into it again), nothing works like the “real” supplements— but that’s a topic for another day.
