A very well-written article about the importance of communication and understanding in relationships, Wesley. I especially liked the part about apologies being like submarines—they have to go deep. It's true that an apology without meaning is worthless, and that we all have to be willing to work on changing our behavior if we want to maintain healthy relationships.
