A moving piece Kim, thanks for sharing.

Grief is a complex emotional response to loss, and while it can be incredibly painful, it can also teach us valuable lessons.

Grief can teach us about the depth of our love and attachment to the person or thing we have lost. It can help us to appreciate the fragility of life and the importance of cherishing the time we have with loved ones. Grief can also teach us about resilience and our ability to adapt to challenging circumstances.

Through the process of grief, we may learn to find meaning and purpose in our lives and to cultivate greater empathy and compassion for others who are experiencing similar loss.
